PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE

Jennifer Horgan —

‘E ako ana, ā, e tipu tahi ana tātou’ - Learning and growing together.

Kia ora koutou

What a fabulous day we had last Friday at our Grandparents' Day and Cultural Assembly. It was great  to see so many grandparents at school and children enjoyed sharing their learning with them.

Our cultural assembly gave our students the opportunity to showcase their many talents. Thanks to the Home and School team assisted by Ross and parent volunteers for cooking the barbeque for us.

A reminder about the Teachers' Paid Union meeting on Wednesday afternoon - (see information later in the newsletter.)

A reminder also to book an interview time for the upcoming parent/teacher interviews and 3-way conferences - (see article in newletter for further information.)

The work on Cemetery Road is to begin 28 June. We will be working closely with Fulton Hogan during the project which will certainly present challenges for our school community.

Our Board of Trustees meeting has been changed from tomorrow night to tonight at 5.30pm.

Hopefully we get some sunshine this week!
