Girl Guides in Mosgiel 2020!

If you have a daughter aged 7-12.5 then GirlGuiding is a fantastic out of school activity option! We complete advocacy projects, do outdoor cooking, go on camps, learn valuable life skills, earn badges and most importantly have lots of fun! The fee is $90 per term.

Brownies is for girls aged 7-9.5 please contact Melissa at ggnzmosgielbrownies@gmail.com or 0220480464 for more information. You can also come see me in the Owhiro Centre after Kelly Club in the mornings. We run on a Wednesday night at Silverstream School from 5:30 to 7:00pm!

Guides is for girls aged 9.5-12.5, please contact Cat at catherinejanehulst@gmail.com for more information. They run on Wednesday nights at Silverstream School from 5:30 to 7:30.

If you have a daughter aged 5-6 years old please check Explore Pippins out! We do not currently have a Pippin unit in Mosgiel but this is a fantastic alternative.

Girls are able to do Pippins anywhere, at any time! The platform is supported on tablets, computers and mobile phones. It is a girl-led programme where a Pippin can choose her own activities and work towards badge completion. The activities have been designed to get girls interacting in the real world, just like Pippins as you know it – we have not built an online game!

Every subscription is supported by a Pippin Pack which will be sent to girls with handy resources and fun craft supplies to help her with her Pippins activities. These packs will also contain any badges that she has earnt 😊

The subscription is 90-days and works out at $29 per month plus $7.99 for shipping and handling of the Pippin Pack (total 90-day subscription is $94.99).
