WALK N WHEEL TO SCHOOL WEEK (7th - 11th March)

Lisa Agnew —

Walk n Wheel to School Week is only a week away.

This weeklong event aims to kick start active transport for the school year, encouraging tamariki to scooter, bike or walk to school. At East Taieri School we try to inspire our students to be fit and active. Live too far away, then parking or dropping your child/children a block or two away is a perfect option.

Help us support this fantastic event by supporting your child/children to walk or wheel, even if it's only once during the week.

The more they walk or wheel during the week, the more chances they have of winning a spot prize including Sports Depot, Megazone vouchers & Dunedin Ice Skating vouchers. You can win prizes by snapping a photo of your family walking or wheeling to school, then posting on the Walk 'n' Wheel event page on our Sport Otago Facebook page. Use the hashtag #walknwheeldaydunedin2022.

Help spread the word and provide a safe walking/wheeling environment for our children to get to school

Follow Walk n’ Wheel Week on their Facebook event page https://fb.me/e/4qftk78P7
