Our team is ready and raring to re-open Kelly Club and is focused on keeping your children safe.

Drop offs and Pick ups

As parents are not allowed to enter the school, can you please drop your child off at the front gate (by the mailbox) and wait and watch them walk into the Kelly Club door. If you would prefer a staff member to come out to the gate to meet your child in the morning please phone the team on 021 168 4722.

In the afternoons, please call the team on 021 168 4722 and we will get your child ready and take them outside and watch them walk to the front gate to join you.

As the Junior school is being released early @ 2.40pm - if your child is coming to Kelly Club can you please ask their teacher to keep them in the classroom until normal release time of 3pm.

Unwell children

Unwell children are not to enter the school. Children who show signs of sickness will be sent home.

Contact Details / Emergency Contact Information

If your contact information (work numbers etc) or the contact information of your child/ren's emergency contacts has changed during our time away please can you make sure this is updated in our system.

Stationery

We are following the school rule requiring no sharing of stationery. Each child needs to have their own named pens, pencils, glue sticks etc to use at Kelly Club as well as at school. If your child will not have their set of school stationery in their bag at Kelly Club time please consider putting a spare set in for them to use during Kelly Club sessions.

Drink Bottles

Each child will need a named drink bottle - no drinking fountains will be available and we are unable to provide cups of water at the moment.
