School Fair – Parent Helpers Expression of Interest
The countdown is on - our biennial School Fair is coming up on Sunday 7 November!
The event is now live on Facebook (https://fb.me/e/3Thh6Om9N) - please share with your friends and family. We would love another fantastic turnout to make it a great community day and fundraiser for our school. The funds raised by this year’s fair are earmarked for a new bike track around the perimeter of the school field, which our children will be very excited about.
Our last fair raised just over $30,000 for the school and parent helpers are always an instrumental part of this fundraising effort.
There are lots of ways parents can help, for example delivering flyers or selling raffles before the fair, or helping at a stall on the day. We aim to have at least 60 volunteers as this allows everyone to help for a shorter time and have plenty of time to also enjoy the fair.
We are having an initial meeting on Wednesday 18th August at 6:30. Anyone interested in helping with the fair is welcome to attend to find out what will be involved.
