A special visit from the Marine Study Centre's Aquavan.

The Aquavan brings live marine critters and touch pools to schools and communities, to create awareness and understanding of the connectivity between river health and the coastal environment.

The programme focuses on the connectivity between river health and the coastal environment using live animals, scientific equipment, Envirofacts and Story map.

We were very lucky to have numerous groups of students attend.

 Both teachers and students alike found the programme very engaging and a great opportunity to see Marine animals up close.
