Last week was a quiet week for sports as all winter sports have wrapped up and we get ready for summer sports.

Touch:

Touch is due to start next Monday the 12th of September. Teams have been finalised and are posted on our school sports website. Please keep an eye on your emails and the sports website for further information.

Summer Sports Registrations

More summer sports registrations will be coming out in the coming weeks. We will be advertising all registrations online this year so please keep an eye out in next weeks newsletter, the sports website and the school Facebook page.

Hockey:

Last week we missed the final hockey update for the season. Please find a message from manager, Katie, below.

Congratulations to the Super sticks. What a finish to the season! The progress from game 1 to the final game was actually unbelievable! I wish I had footage to show you all how much you’ve come on. Even though we were defeated by Tainui, the defence was absolutely outstanding and we were unlucky not to execute those goals. It’s been an absolute pleasure to watch you grow this season, you all have bright hockey futures ahead of you! You definitely all deserved to be player of the days this week! I can’t wait to hear how you progress with your hockey in the future. Take care, Katie
