Last Thursday was a day for some Science Magic!

This term the Kiwiana students have been working closely with Amadeo, from the Otago Museum. 

The Senior Kiwiana group are focusing on personal research projects, using his expertise to help guide them through correct Scientific methods.

The Junior group have been exploring the different areas of Science. 

Last Thursday was extra special as Amadeo brought along some hydrogen and liquid nitrogen for us to experiment with.

At morning tea time Amadeo then did an extra special experiment with the whole school. He combined liquid nitrogen and boiling water to create a weather cloud.
