Congratulations to all of our sports teams that competed over the winter season.

On Friday we had our annual Winter Sports Prize Giving  Awards afternoon.  This was a time to celebrate the successes, the development and the enjoyment of playing winter sports, being a part of a team and learning a variety of different skills.  We had 9 Netball teams, 8 Miniball teams and 3 Hockey teams with a total of around 150 children taking part in those sports.

A huge thank you to all of our volunteer coaches, managers and parent supporters who put a lot of time and effort into many hours of coaching, managing and helping our children, we really do appreciate all that you do.  Without great parent support we can not have as many children involved in sport as we do.  Please make sure that you make an effort to thank you child's coach or manager and they are volunteers just doing their best for all the children.

Some common themes from all the coaches that spoke about their teams were that they were great looking teams, always wearing a smile, well mannered, always turned up for practices and practiced hard and were also competitive on the day.
