1st BBQ this Friday 13th April

This year the Committee are trialling a new way of doing our school BBQ's. We will be having BBQs more frequently with 1 approx. every 6 weeks - other schools that do regular BBQ's report that the kids love it.

Each BBQ will be run by the parents of 2 classes - with committee support of course. All classes in the school will take turns. We need a minimum of 5 parents/caregivers, from the classes in charge, for each BBQ to go ahead.

Duties include, setting up, cooking, prepping bread & serviettes, cash handling & clean up.

Times would be from approx. 11am to 1pm

The committee will have all the sausages/bread etc ordered and make sure you have everything you need.

We will no-longer be taking pre-orders.

Children will bring their money with them to school on BBQ day. (It is suggested that juniors bring theirs in a named envelope or ziplock bag)

To comply with product ordering deadlines, we need helpers to confirm by 9am on Wednesday (2 days before the BBQ)

If for any reason not enough parents volunteer to help, the BBQ will be cancelled and parents/caregivers notified that day via Facebook and the Skool Loop app.
