REQUEST FOR SUPPORT FROM PARENTS

Dear Parents

I am writing on behalf of the Home and School committee to ask for your support of our upcoming biennial school fair on 26th November 2017.

The funds raised will go towards construction of a new sunshade veranda outside the senior block which is due for renovation. The estimated cost of the sunshade veranda is $77,000.00.
We would appreciate any contribution towards the fair that your family/business is willing to donate, whether it is a cash donation or sponsorship of various activities. For example laser tag, photo booth, bbq etc.
There are also options to sponsor specific stalls if you would like.
