Match Reports

ET Dolphins win back to back gamesContinuing our winning form from last week the ET Dolphins had two games back to back on Sunday and won them both!First up, a close game against the Outram Dolphins with ET Dolphins winning 3-2. Next up, a great game against Elmgrove, winning 6-1.We had some excellent goal keeping across both games by Angus R, Connor M and Izaak M.Congratulations to our Players of the Day, Connor M and Corby B! Awesome work guys!Special thanks also to Izaak M, Corby B and Kaiah H for playing a third game for ET Sharks.Well done everyone! Keep up the great work and see you all at the next game on Saturday 21 November at 4:15 (vs St B All Saints).

A tough game for the ET Sharks this week going down 9-2 to a very strong side that also proved challenging for the Dolphins a few weeks ago. There was some valiant defending, and in spite of the size and strength of the opposition, ET managed to put on some really good passages of play, passing amongst everyone in the team, resulting in those 2 goals and numerous other shots on goal. We were down three of our regular players, so a HUGE thank you to the Dolphins players that played three games in a row(!) to help us out: Kaiah H, Izaak K and Corby B. Player of the day to someone who often volunteers for the thankless position of defence, and was swimming all over the pool to try and slow the opposition down, Flynn L.

ET Seals vs ET Penguins ET Penguins won 10-2 Classmate vs classmate!!! A hard fought first half with both teams fiercely contesting the ball. In the second half , ET Seals started to get their passing and teamwork more cohesive and was able to come out on top. Well done to the amazing effort of both teams and thanks to all of the East Taieri supporters.Player of the day : Cameron for amazing hustle on defence and effort to get to the ball.

Reminder : Flippa Ball games are on Saturday this week.
