Is your child interested in playing hockey for East Taieri School over the winter season? If so, please read on and get them registered.

Our winter sports season is just around the corner and it is time to sign up for our East Taieri School Hockey teams.

Hockey is available for any child in Year 3-6 to play at the Alexander McMillan Turf in Dunedin or on occasions at the Taieri College in Mosgiel.  

Training's for these teams in on a Monday after school at Taieri College.

Year 1-2 children have a Funsticks programme at Taieri College.  There will be further information about this later this term or early next term.

Our East Taieri Teams play on a Wednesday afternoon from 3.40pm for the Year 3/4 teams and 4.30 or 5.20pm for the Year 5/6 teams usually, this can change some weeks.

Children will need their own shin pads and mouthguard and an East Taieri School Sports uniform to play.  They can borrow a stick from school to start with.

We will require parent coaches / helpers for each team too, you do not need to be a hockey expert for this!  We will give you full support.
