Last Wednesday saw 29 East Taieri School children taking part in the Dunedin Primary Schools Triathlon at Port Chalmers.  All of our triathletes showed amazing resilience and determination throughout their races to push themselves to great placings.  

4 teams and Matilda have all qualified for the Otago Triathlon Champs to be held in Cromwell on Thursday 4th of April, a great achievement.  We look forward to training them up and taking part in this great event.

1st Place Year 6 Girls - Ruby J, Sophie T, Jessica H

1st Place Year 5 Girls - Courtney S, Jessie R, Lily McG

2nd Place Year 6 Boys - Zac C, Brady C, Matthew H

3rd Place Year 6 Mixed - Mace H, Max C, Peyton H

3rd Place Year 6 INDIVIDUAL Girls - Matilda S

All other East Taieri School participants were placed in the top 10.  Great results, well done to everyone.
