PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE

Jennifer Horgan —

‘E ako ana, ā, e tipu tahi ana tātou’ - Learning and growing together.

Kia ora koutou

We were so pleased with how successful Walk n Wheel week was, especially the impact it had on decreasing the number of cars in the carpark, making it so much safer for everyone. Thank you to parents and students for making such a great effort throughout the week. Thank you also for following Alert Level 2 guidelines last week. We are hoping that we are able to stay at Alert Level one for the forseeable future!

The builders have started on the staffroom/Junior Room renovation project with the time frame expected to be approximately 8 weeks.

Karen Hanna, Board Chairperson enjoyed visiting all classes this morning, commenting on how engaged and focused students were.  The Board will be receiving the school's 10 Year Property Plan this week which gives guidelines for property development priorities over the next 10 years.

Best wishes to our triathlon teams and competitors in the Taieri Schools Swimming Sports for their events this week.

Ngā mihi nui
