Science at ETS with Amadeo

We were lucky enough to have a visit from Amadeo this week. He gave the whole school a big surprise with a water volcano just using very cold ‘liquid air’. Not too many people got wet :-)

He then spent the afternoon with the Science Kiwiana group looking at Geology. His enthusiasm, knowledge and hands-on approach captivated us all.

‘Arnelle-osaurus Rex’ left her handprint in some sedimentary rock.

SuperJack made a metamorphic rock that he could stretch and snap with his bare hands and we all watched the igneous rock form from the model volcano.
