Last week the Kiwiana group raced their office chair creations. 

A lot of fun was had by all, as we watched them race down the carpark! The children spent many weeks working in teams to collaboratively design and make their creation. A huge thank you to the many people who gave us chairs, things to add on to them and helped with our creations.

Whizzing Wheely Chairs

Whizz Whizz!! Lots of awesome and original wheely chair go-carts whiz past me. My go-cart is up next. A million thoughts were whizzing through my head. Zac and I made a fabulous go-cart wheely chair. Zac was pushing me on the chair.

It was the day of the Kiwiana races and everyone was buzzing. Who would win? Would it be Rosie’s hula cart or Sam’s group or even my cart? Who knew?

Next was the scrumptious shared lunch. It was delicious. The pav was great but I loved the chocolate brownie. All the food was delicious and a great way to finish Kiwiana for the year.
