Congratulations to all our finalists!!🏆

Last Wednesday evening's Public Speaking Competition was the culmination of many weeks of hard work by students, parents and teachers.  All children at school had the opportunity to present their poem to their peers and a preliminary judge.  The top 5 children from each year level (Year 3-6) were then chosen to present at the finals, supported by Year 1 & 2 children from the Junior and Middle School.  We were also lucky to have support from the East Taieri Choir.  

A special thank you to Karen Maunsell, Claire Patterson, Rae Parker & Christina King, our amazing preliminary judges who gave up many hours of their time to hear each child's poem.

Our finals judges, Dr Bilinda Offen and Liza Wilson, were so impressed with the very high standard of the finalists and it was a highly entertaining evening for everyone involved.
