South Island secondary schools championship week saw a small but enthusiastic team representing Ellesmere college.
Monday saw Annalise Bowden and Courtney Ashton pair up and Abi Enstrom and Tessa Tuffnell form a composite pair, hitting the trail with the ctr ( competitive trail ride).
All the girls had good rides and posted good times with Courtney coming in 5th over all out of over 50 riders.The rest of the week saw Mabel Burns and Courtney riding dressage and Mabel also producing many clear show jumping and show hunter rounds.
