The following students were awarded their Bronze Badge (32 hours):

In Term 3 we were privileged to hand out a Gold Badge to Jodie Simmons for logging over 500 hours. Jodie contributes a great deal of her time to the local St John as well as other activities required of her as a Head Student Leader. At our recent Senior Prizegiving, she was awarded the 2023 SVA Top Volunteer. This is awarded to the student who has logged the most hours in the current school year. Jodie logged 541.7 hours!! Well done on this massive achievement, we are extremely proud of your accomplishments and all that you have given the EC and Leeston community.

Thank you

In addition to the exciting news about our new student leaders, we would like to take a moment to express our heartfelt appreciation to the outgoing student leaders for their remarkable effort and enthusiasm in serving our school community.

They have left a lasting impact on our school, and their contributions have not gone unnoticed. Their commitment, passion, and leadership have inspired positive change and have set a high standard for future student leaders to follow.
