Many of you will know me as an English teacher at EC, but this term I will be your first point of contact as the Careers advisor. You can find me tucked away in the office next to the Health Centre.

Application dates for many courses and tertiary centres are fast approaching so make sure you know when you need to have those applications in by! 

Check out MoneyHub for a list of scholarships you could be eligible to apply for - they estimate that an individual student could comfortably apply for between 4 and 10 scholarships. Imagine the difference that could make to your study costs.

The EC careers website is still up and running at https://ellesmere.careerwise.school/ and contains lots of useful links to events, job vacancies, and polytechnic and university study options. 

There are also resources for writing your C.V. and cover letter and how to make informed subject choices at school.
