Meet our RISE Team

Respect. Integrity. Success. Empathy.

We have a strong team that consists of senior leadership, teachers, RTLB support and our wonderful counsellor. Please see below the staff who make up the RISE team here at Ellesmere College.

For those new to Ellesmere, RISE is an acronym for our school values of Respect, Integrity, Success and Empathy. It can present itself in many different ways across the school and during our many events. When a teacher notices a student displaying any of these values they nominate a token. As a parent you will be notified weekly whether your child has been given one or many. We encourage you to discuss this with your child and to celebrate every single one.

Here at the RISE team we love to celebrate the students who work hard every day to display our school values. These students have proven that they understand the importance of being respectful, and empathetic while striving for excellence and showing integrity with everything that they do. At the end of the term we take the top 3 students of each year level and reward them with a certificate and a prize.

Congratulations to the Term 1 winners of each year level.
