Children's University

Students participating in the Children's University Programme have worked hard over the last school holidays to accumulate as many hours as possible.

Thanks to the parents who have been supporting your child in this process. 

Remember that students can continue to accumulate many hours through the UC Portal. This portal has many activities from different areas such as Science, Sports, Arts etc.

Students will be receiving their passports stamped by next Monday. We will also start having regular meetings on a Wednesday (starting from next week) at lunchtime to encourage students to continue earning hours through the UC Portal. 

We will also be having a school outing on the 26th of June to Lincoln University (details to come soon). 

Please continue to encourage your child to earn as many hours as possible. The cut off date is usually the second week of October. 

Remember, they only need at least 30 hours in order to graduate. If you have any questions please contact me at prestonf@ellesmere.school.nz.
