Board Elections

Want to play an active role in the governance of our kura?

The triennial school board elections will take place in September. Parents/caregivers will soon receive information about the nomination process from our returning officer at CES.

The Board plays a vital role of supporting strong professional leadership and ensuring effective teaching for all students through informed governance. Parents/caregivers and people in the wider community can be parent representatives and boards should present the diversity of the school community to ensure a bright future for all our children.

The school board elections are the opportunity to vote for candidates who will make a positive difference for our students and staff. We need more people willing to use their skills and experiences for the benefit of the school community and encourage you to nominate yourself or someone else for election!
