Fundraising @ Ellesmere College

We are very lucky at Ellesmere College to have some amazing sponsors and support from many community/local businesses. But we need more!

In 2022, our fundraising efforts went towards purchasing a new School Van, this is an integral part of a rural school, it provides transport to sporting events, day trips, work experience for our Gateway students, supporting our community and more. Most of the money raised came from our Mega Raffle, which was hugely successful! 

This year, in addition to the purchase of a new School Van, our other main focus for fundraising will be retractable seats for the new auditorium. This will give us wider scope for what the space can be used for. Throughout the year we will be having a number of events, including a Trivia night, a Rural Ball, a Casino Night and a Golf Classic, and we are always looking for new sponsors and support.

A huge thanks to Bayleys Leeston who are one of our main supporters this year and to Fresh Choice Leeston who will be providing us with all of the sausages for our sausage sizzles.
