Important information for Bus Students

Due to an ongoing, nationwide struggle to secure permanent bus drivers, our Bus Company has advised us that they have had to combine some of our runs.  

We are hoping that this will only be a temporary change but in the mean time please take note of the following changes:

The Little Rakaia bus (run 608) and the Southbridge Township bus (run 613) have been combined.  Students on the Little Rakaia run should expect to be collected approximately 5 mins later than their normal collection time.

The Dunsandel bus (run 603) has been split and combined with the Norwood bus (run 610) and the Bankside bus (run 607).  Students on the Dunsandel bus should expect to be collected approximately 5-10 mins later than their normal collection time.

As always, we advise sending your child(ren) out approximately 10 mins earlier than normal for the first day or two, until they familiarize themselves with their driver and pick up/drop off times.

Senior Students: If you have a senior student (Year 11-13) on a bus run, please have a chat with them and advise them that if students are required to stand on any of our bus runs due to full buses, it is SENIOR students who must stand, not Juniors.
