New V5 Release

TimeZero will release TZ Professional v5 (version 5) October 1st 2023. 

New TZ-MAPS Charting

TZ are launching their highly anticipated new TZ-MAPS service. 

A TZ-MAPS-WIDE folio provides 12-month subscription to a Wide Chart Coverage area (with access to limited updates). Further details to follow closer to the release date. 

Module Changes

Radar and Camera modules become optional (not std supply):

• TZ-RADAR Radar Module
• TZ-CAMERA Camera & Augmented Reality Module 

New FSV25MK2 Interface Module

The new TZ-PRO-FSV25MK2 module allows for full integration of TZ Professional to the Furuno FSV 25 Mark2 OMNI Sonar (note: module is not compatible with other sonars/models).

New TZ-HOST Output Module

TZ are launching their new TZ-PRO-HOST module, allowing users to send (among other things) radars and cameras to a shore-based station. 

Updating existing TZ Pro v1/v2/v3/v4 to New v5

Existing owners of TZ Pro v1/v2/v3/v4 will be able to upgrade to version 5 at a preferential rate (TZ-PRO-UPG-PRO). 

Note: TZ Pro v1/v2/v3/v4 users upgrading to v5 will retain their TZ-RADAR and TZ-CAMERA modules & functions (no loss of integrity). 

Pricing 

Pricing will be released in the coming weeks (prior to Oct 1st).

New computer hardware may be necessary/recommended when upgrading software (additional cost). Discuss with ENL or your local dealer for details.

Grace Period

TZ are providing a "Grace period" for users that purchase (current) v4 TZ Professional or TZ Navigator software...

The grace period for TZ Professional & TZ Navigator officially began on July 1st, 2023. This signifies that any TZ Professional v4 licenses and updates acquired after July 1st, 2023, qualify for a complimentary upgrade to TZ version 5 (October 1st, 2023). This free update request must be made before July 1st, 2024.

Users that order v4 prior to October 1st 2023 will receive the Radar and Camera Modules included (no extra cost).
