The following Board Members are at the end of their three year term:

Joelene Elliott (Events & Venues Rotorua) Not eligible for re-election

James Parkinson (Auckland Stadiums) Eligible for re-election

Mark Mekalick (Nelson Community Venues) Eligible for re-election

Ash Quensell (P4G - Associate Members Representative) Eligible for re-election 

Additionally, James Wilson is resigning from the Board as he will no longer be employed by a venue so there is a fifth vacancy.

2023 Board Election Timeline:

• 8th September nominations open 
• 29th September Nominations close
• 2nd October Candidate Detail distributed and voting open
• 18th October – Zoom ‘Meet the Candidates’
• 1st November – Voting Closes 4pm
• 3rd November – Results Announced
• 27th November – Board Meeting in Dunedin – new Board
