Panellists representing EVANZ member venues from around the country will discuss their thoughts and experiences on the challenge of response and recovery to COVID-19:

• What support and guidance is available to venues operating outside of a Local Government environment?
• Business planning and forecasting in a rapidly changing environment- how are venues working with their staff and board members to develop recovery plans?
• Stakeholder engagement and the funding environment- What has been the experience of venues in how they liaise with the trusts, foundations and funding bodies that support their operations?
• Commercial response- what new initiatives are venues looking at in terms of building alternative revenue sources? – Digital platforms, alternative users and hirers, engaging with donors / philanthropy?
• Community response- In a world where national and international touring is off the agenda, how are venues working to stay engaged with their local community- (both in terms of hirers and audience)
