Red Badge Resources

Andy Gollings —

Andy Gollings shared details of their contact tracing app and some great wellbeing resouces.

Contact Tracing Platform

The platform can register attendees via the following ways:

  • URL customer enters the url, selects the location and adds their details
  • Customer downloads the app, enters details once and scans a bar-code on entry to each venue each time
  • If customer has no suitable device – staff member at the door, armed with a mobile device, enters details into the url.

The first two methods of registration will provide a welcome screen as proof providing the patrons name and the location that they have singed in to.

Wellbeing Resources

We were also asked to share the wellbeing resources that I mentioned in my talk. As discussed we were very fortunate that we have a National Human Resource Co-Ordinator on our team who was able to uncover these resources and distribute them in a meaningful way. The resources talk to considering welfare of self and others which is always important and even more so in times of stress or significant change. Amy activated these resources on daily emails which not only distributed the videos and introduced each way of well being. She also contextualized them, challenging the team to utilise the lessons at home and when managing our teams.

The Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand have some great resources and the RU Ok website the Australia also have a number of useful tools. Links to these can be found below.
