Join the first Arts For All Network National Online Hui for the Year

Wednesday 26 March from 1pm to 2pm.

Register HERE

Please register by 5pm Friday 21 March. The Zoom link will be emailed on Tuesday 25 March.

Everyone is welcome to attend the hui. If you aren’t an Arts For All Network member yet, sign up to receive future invitations directly.

We’ll be discussing how to develop relaxed events and performances to make festivals, shows, galleries, museums, and more accessible to neurodivergent people and anyone who benefits from a welcoming, supported experience.

Joining us are Stacey and Anthony Francis, a mother-son team of experienced relaxed events consultants. They’ll share their insights on supporting relaxed events and why they matter.

This autistic-led discussion will explore how relaxed events can:

  • Be achievable on any budget

  • Fit different requirements

  • Welcome a wider range of artists and audiences

  • Improve accessibility through simple resources and small changes

NZSL: This session will be NZSL interpreted - thank you to Platform Interpreting.

Who is the meeting for? Arts, culture and entertainment artists, directors, hirers, staff, funders; accessibility advisors and services; galleries, museums, theatres, venues and libraries; and community members who are passionate about accessibility and inclusion in the arts. Please share with others who may be interested!
