You can email absence information to absences@fendalton.school.nz

When your child is going to be away please phone us on 03 3519788 then select 1 to leave a message. Alternatively you can email absences@fendalton.school.nz to leave absence information. Please include the child’s name, room number and reason for their absence. This is a safety check for both parents and the school as to a child's whereabouts. If you do not make contact you will receive a call from the school asking for absence information. If a child is taken from school during the day, please tell the class teacher and sign in and out of the school office.

Leave of Absence for Holidays

Please email our Principal Raewyn Saunders raewyn.saunders@fendalton.school.nz to request leave of absence for extended periods of time. 

Lateness

If your child is late to school we ask that they check in at the office before going to their classroom.
