Have you heard about the jelly beans and smelly pots we are using in science? This fortnight our science learning focuses on our senses. Students use their sense of smell to find pairs of identical scents, and then identify what the smell is. They also perform ‘taste tests’ while blindfolded and try to guess which of four flavours of jelly bean they are sampling. This is harder than it sounds!
