Talent Show tomorrow! 

The Talent Show is on tomorrow, Friday 25 August at 6pm in the Hall. Entry is by gold coin for each person please. Kids bring a cushion to sit on the floor. There will be lollies and drinks for sale. We have an amazing array of talents being showcased! Thank you to all the kids who auditioned, all the parents who helped their kids to practise and to Lucy and Liesl for running auditions for over 80 children! It’s going to be a great night!

If you can help with decorating the Hall please come at 2pm Friday. All help appreciated.

Spectacular Space and Science Night

This is our major fundraiser for the year and we ask every family to be involved please. It’s only four weeks away and tickets are on sale now.

There are going to be rockets, drones, virtual reality experiences, robots and much more!!  We hope you’ve seen the billboards and posters around town.  Thank you to the amazing team at Dynamite Signs for the billboards and to Joyce Wee for the graphic design. See poster below.  Also thanks to Corina Grey at Harcourts for sponsoring the tickets and Silvermoon for their continued support. There are many parents and grandparents working very hard to make it a great night. Please do your bit and lend a hand too.

Here’s how you can help:

1.Each class has a task on the night. Help your class liaison by signing up on the roster and offering other help.

2.Tell your friends about Space Night and go to the school Facebook page to like and share our event.

3.We are looking for more sponsorship money to pay for flood lights, a chip fryer and the fire juggling performers. Can your business/family help out? Email us at: pta@fendalton.school.nz

4.Have you got colleagues with young families? Pin a poster on the noticeboard at work. These are available in the school office. Or email the poster below.
