Here we celebrate all the wonderful things our students do out of school hours.

Julian C of room 5 placed second in his division in the Future Champions NZ/AUS golf tournament held at Russley Golf Course on the 3rd of December, a tournament internationally recognized and connected to major PGA course events.                                                                                      

Julian placed second in a very tight match after 18 holes the score was tied up forcing a 19th-hole playoff to decide the winner. A very challenging day for golf with high temperatures strong winds and big groups. 

His placement has also awarded him an invitation to play in tournaments in the United States of America in the following season. 

Sunday's tournament was his first ever serious event and he is looking forward to his next tournament coming up in Auckland and hopes to excel even further.
