Childrens University

On Wednesday 28th June, 36 Children's University students got to visit the University of Canterbury. It was an extremely exciting day where we met volcanologists and looked at rocks and minerals, pretended to be engineers and built towers that we tested for 'seismic strength', experienced a wind tunnel with forces of up to 50Km/hr winds, and made snow with Antarctic scientists.

An amazing day for all involved with some budding scientists and engineers.
