Thanks to all parents who were able to attend our hurriedly adapted Cross Country Event. Your support was appreciated by teachers and students. It really spurred them all by having you there!
We were impressed by the resilience of our students as they worked hard to achieve their goals. Every runner challenged themselves, whether to get a placing, a better time or simply to finish.
Thank you to Keith, Rachel, Michele, Amy, Gilly, Gill, Natasha, Mike, Anna, Adrienne, Kylie, Sarah and anyone else helping out (sorry if I have missed your name).
Thank you to the year 8 students who helped before, after and during the event in the cold and wet conditions – Rosa, Xanthe, Max, Hamish, Cohan, Sharnaya, Henry, Eva, Alex, Makayla, Josh.
These 22 students attended the Rakahuri Cross Country on 6 June.
