Passing, handles, finishing & free throws for today
Handles + Passing
Partner Pound Passing (use a wall if you are by yourself & use video cues for help).
- 10x right then 10x left - Catch and Pass Back
- 10x right then 10x left - Catch + 1 Bounce + Pass Back
- 20x total - Catch + 1 Bounce + Pass the Other Ball back. Then Catch + 1 bounce + pass the other ball.
- 10x right then 10x left - Catch + Pass Back + Dbl Crossover
- 10x right then 10x left - Catch + Pass Back + Btwn the legs + Crossover
- 10x right then 10x left - Catch + Pass Back + Behind the Back + Crossover
Finishing
Coach Gold’s 3 Cone Drill
- Left Sideline / Side Start
- Make 8 layups around the final cone to the middle
- Switch sides and repeat on the right side
- Right Sideline / Side Start
- Make another change of direction move at the final cone and finish on the same side
- Make 8 layups and repeat on the other side
This should be a total of 32 made layups when you are all done.
Shooting
Finish with 30-50 Made Free Throws
