Warm-up

Mikans (see mikan video cues below if needed)

  • Regular - 20 makes (6-10 sec. on video)
  • Power - 20 makes (11-19 sec. on video)
  • Reverse - 20 makes (20-24 sec. on video)

Layups

Lane Layups (see Layup video cues below)

  • Right Handed Layups (jump off left foot)(5 sec. on video)  - Make 10
  • Left Handed Layups (jump off right foot)(30 sec. on video) - Make 10
  • Stride Stop Left Handed (outside/inside footwork)(44 sec on video) - Make 10
  • Stride Stop Right Handed (outside/inside footwork)(1:04 on video) - Make 10

  • 1 handed form x 10 reps (beginning on video)

  • 3 Spots (free throws line, left and right blocks)(Inside/out footwork from left and right angles. Facing hoop is left foot/right foot for right handlers, opposite for lefties).
  • Spin + Catch + Triple Threat x 5 reps from each spot
  • Spin + Catch + Shoot x 5 makes from each spot
  • Spin + Catch + Shoot x 5 makes from each angle but further out 
  • If time -  Same but Spin Catch 3s x 5 makes from each of wing, top, wing
  • Make 25 Free Throws
