Some light handles, creative moves and a shooting challenge coming your way from Yr. 11 Kavanagh College player Colin Ramsey featuring Kemba Walker
Warm-up
- 10 Lunges
- 10 Squats
- 10 Trunk Twists
- 10 Down Ups
- 10 Push-ups
- 3 Hand Walks or Inch Worms
Handles
- 10 reps each Windshield wipers of right and left hands
- 10 reps each Push Pull dribbles of right and left hands
- 10 reps Figure 8’s both directions (ankle height dribbles)
- 10 reps each left and right In & outs - Pound dribble + in&out dribble = 1
- 10 reps each Pound double crosses of right and left
- 50 reps normal crossovers (below knee height)
Finishing & Shooting
Kemba Walker move (1:22-1:47 of NBA Best Crossovers Video) Make sure you go full 100% after you have figured out the move.
- After the second between the legs you explode + hesi + go to rim. Start in the slot a couple of metres behind the 3pt. Line.
- Make 10 layups from left slot and 10 from right slot
- If time repeat but after second between the legs, explode and stop and shoot a jumper (2 pointer inside the 3 point line).
- Make 5 from right side and 5 from left.
2+2 Shooting

- 7 spots (corner, wing, slot, top, slot, wing, corner).
- If you make 2 in a row you move to the next spot. If you miss 2 in a row you move to the previous spot.
- See how long it takes you to get all the way around.
- If it is too easy, move back, or try to finish it again beating your previous time. (2-3min is your goal).
If you really want a challenge, you must “Swish” 2 in a row to move on.
Don’t forget to log your makes into the 2000 Club.
