Junior Force Workout #3
Ball Handling and Shooting (100 makes)
Today you need 2 basketballs and a hoop. A rebounder would be great, but is not necessary.
Handles
10 Min. Pound Ball Handling Series 1 (see video below from start to 20 sec.)
- Right Hand Pounds (knee height) x 20 reps
- Left Hand Pounds (knee height) x 20 reps left
- Pound Dribble + Dbl. Crossover x 20 reps each hand
- Crossovers x 20 reps
- Repeat for a total of 3 rounds (stay low, eyes up, hard dribbles)
Dribbling on the Move (You need a drive or a garage for this).
Dribble from one side to the other as fast as you can for 30 seconds. Do this twice with your left hand and twice with your right hand. Eyes up :-)
Shooting
100 Makes (choose either workout 1 or 2 in photo)
If you have time and are motivated, repeat to make 200 total.
Remember to track your shots with the 2000 Club Shot Form.
