In this option you will explore a range of sport related components to improve personal performance in a selected sport.

  • You will create and evaluate a training programme related to your sport and work on this throughout sessions.
  • You will also set a goal for yourself and be assessed on implementing, actioning and reflecting on this goal you have set yourself over a 3 week period.
