Level 1 Agriculture assesses Achievement Standards from the NCEA Agriculture and Horticultural Science course and would suit students who have a genuine interest in pursuing a career in the agricultural or horticultural field.

LEVEL THREE

Course of Study
The main aim of this course is to develop an understanding of the production and marketing of agricultural products, locally and internationally. This takes knowledge gained in Level One and Two and uses it to examine how market needs are met by the production of primary products and what the main markets are. This is a University Entrance approved course.
