🦃 Thanksgiving in Te Whare Ako 👩‍🍳

What a feast! The students and staff of TWA worked and planned over the last two weeks to put on a magnificent array of delicious delicacies for everyone to enjoy. The two turkeys filled everyone up, while the mashed taters and vegetables glued it all together. And just when everyone thought the feast was coming to a close...out came a fine dessert menu including homemade pumpkin pie and apple and rhubarb crumble topped with vanilla ice cream and fresh cream!

What a team effort overall. 

After all the special guests left with full bellies and happy memories, the TWA team tore down the festivities and put the classroom back in order before the bell rang. What a monumental effort from everyone!

 Thanks were shared and in the end TWA remembers what they are grateful for and look forward to great times ahead.
