FFS Rugby is a great way to keep parents and kids active during this period of lock down. It gives parents the ability to be the coach, with simple and effective drills and skills, clear instructions and descriptive videos to help make things easy. 

All of the daily programmes can be done at home, indoors or even down at the local park.
