Over Queen's Birthday weekend the DANZA Junior Troupe team, including Kaylah Smithson and Lily Koutsimanis, headed down to Christchurch for the New Zealand Dance Awards.

They had a very successful weekend placing 4th in their Jazz class with 'Man with the Hex' and 2nd in their Contemporary class with 'Everything changes'.
