ABEL AND THE BAKER

Jacob Prisk —

(Sorry, tickets are now sold out!)

Come join us in the legendary city of Pratzia

When Abel was a young man he travelled all over the world. One day his journeys came to an end in the legendary city of Pratzia.  Pratzia was a dazzling, colourful place where traders offered aromatic spices, brilliant gems and colourful silks for sale. There were many temptations for a young man in this city.

Pratzia was a busy town with lots of interesting people. A fortune teller, painter, inventor, street sweeper, pirates, the daughters, market sellers and the Baker!

Every morning and evening Abel whiffed and sniffed the lovely smells that rose from the bakery. Dark, crusty bread, warm sweet rolls, crunchy biscuits. He whiffed and sniffed them all.

Suddenly one evening the Baker banged on his door. “Thief!” he cried “You are stealing my smells! I must be paid for all this whiffing and sniffing. If you refuse to pay, I will take you to court.”

What could Abel do? How will he find the money to pay for the smells? And what will he say to the judge?
