The age group for this course is 16 and over as we will be discussing how to identify when relationships are healthy, becoming unhealthy and or abusive. Some women may be living in this environment and have come to learn how to protect themselves
Bev is the facilitator of Women's Safety programmes and Parenting Through Separation for Barnardos as well, so will share information on how to keep themselves safe in violent environments and can offer some strategies around this too
