GuidelinesAAIMS Tournaments (at both zone and Interzone levels) will only resume once we return to Alert Level 1. This is in line with MoE and MoH guidelines related to gatherings and social distancing. This is consistent with our approach the last time we moved through the levels.

Changes to events

• AAIMS Interzone Cross Country and Rugby League are both cancelled for later this term. Zone Days are being rescheduled if possible. 
• AAIMS Interzone Netball days (Boys and Girls) will be rescheduled for later in the term if possible. This will depend on the government announcements regarding alert levels. The tournament organisers will make contact with participating schools as soon as possible after the government announcement.
• Zones that are scheduled to run Basketball and Volleyball tournaments in term 3 may have to reschedule these for a later date in term 3, or in early Term 4. We are trying to change the Interzone Days in Term 4 to accomodate all scenarios.
• We can reschedule other zone events for later in the term/year in consultation with schools. 

Once we are back at Alert Level 1, we will get AAIMS events up and running again under guidance from MoH, MoE and NZ Sport
