On Monday and Wednesday of this week we had the Year 8 and 7 swimming sports.

It was met with great enthusiasm and anticipation the GEIS swimming sports had arrived. We had beautiful West Auckland weather, everyone had their sunscreen on and was ready to swim for their mini school! Each mini school had a chant to support their swimmers to earn points to be crowned the Swimming Sports champions!  Congratulations to all the students who participated and good luck to those off to the Western Zone Swimming champs. 

A big thank you to Ms Va'ai  and our teachers for organising and supporting our swimming sports, and to the parents and whānau who came to support us on the day :)
